About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Expert to join our dynamic Customer and Marketing team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for managing email campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, asset management, and quality assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic email campaigns through the business, ensuring timely briefing, correct assets, and campaign sign-off.
  • Manage the database for email campaign briefs and updates.
  • Build and segment email customer lists using Iterable, ensuring exclusions are properly managed.
  • Create email templates using a drag-and-drop editor in Iterable.
  • Conduct QA to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, URLs, and targeting.
  • Report on key campaign performance metrics to drive continual improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing campaign management, with familiarity using Iterable or similar platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing customer segments, with a keen eye for data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for campaign briefings and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
