Operations and Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Commercial Manager to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Co-Pack team, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Co-Pack team, including performance reviews, target setting, and personal development.
  • Lead project management for all new repack enquiries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Quality, and Creative, to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Sage, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and liaise with senior networks.
  • Strong numerical ability and commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with major brands.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
