Join Our Team as a Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Co-Pack team, including performance reviews, target setting, and personal development. You will also lead project management for all new repack enquiries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Co-Pack team to achieve optimal performance and productivity
  • Lead project management for new repack enquiries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize new repack opportunities
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Sage, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and liaise with senior networks
  • Strong numerical ability and commercial acumen
