At RBH, we're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces that enhance our guests' experiences. As a Gardener, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our hotel's gardens and green spaces, ensuring they remain beautiful and inviting throughout the year.

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with general garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
  • Turning over soil to install and maintain seasonal plants.
  • Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing grasses and green spaces.
  • Maintaining trees, bushes, and hedges through pruning and trimming.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health of indoor and outdoor plants.
  • Clearing leaves regularly to ensure the hotel entrance remains clean and tidy.
  • Keeping gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter.
  • Assisting colleagues and other staff members to create a teamwork and quality service through communication.
  • Aiding in the delivery of excellent customer service, with a positive 'can do' attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine care for our guests.
