Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Lancesoft Ltd. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-based, customer-focused OH service across the OH function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking health surveillance and health capability assessments, such as audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing;
  • Generating OH metrics to support the OH Clinical staff in demonstrating the value of the function to the business;
  • Implementing and supporting projects that align with the wider Health & Wellbeing/EHS strategy within the UK;

You will work closely with the OH Team to achieve strategic and operational objectives for the UK OH/Health and Wellbeing function. Your expertise in key areas of Health Surveillance and Health Capability Assessments will be invaluable in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in case management and surveillance experience, preferably from a Police, Fire Brigade, or Rail industry. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the OH Clinical Team and other stakeholders.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
