Residential Childcare Support Worker Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality childcare to young people with challenging behaviour
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people in a residential setting
* Qualified to QCF level in Children and Young People
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full manual driving license
