Residential Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our residential home, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with challenging behaviour.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting.
- Qualified to QCF level in Children and Young People.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer experience to an intermediate level.
- Full manual driving license.
