About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at each care home
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care home staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks
  • A proven track record of producing high-quality care plans and risk assessments
