We're looking for a skilled Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various locations.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, each with their unique needs and requirements. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care plans that meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans for residents
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
