Salary: From £62,000 + £4,500 flex allowance + up to 20% Bonus

Job Description:

The HSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and delivering safety management systems and technical competence across all airport activities, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain clear processes and procedures accessible to all business unitsProvide coaching and support to achieve effective safety management systems with a risk-based approachDrive GAL's HSE strategy and Second Decade of Change aligned with the business agendaRegular reporting of HSE metrics in line with business objectives

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualificationLead Auditor training for ISO 45001Extensive experience in HSE within a multi-function customer-oriented organizationA proven track record in delivering HSE objectives associated with extensive experience
