Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Continental Chef De Partie to join our client's opulent Hotel Restaurant on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing complex Continental dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality Continental dishes and specialties for our clients.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and specials.

Requirements
  1. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in preparing authentic Continental dishes and specialties.
  3. Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring, and formulation.
  4. Prior experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  5. Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols.

  • Circa £35,000 gross OTE salary package (inclusive of share of service charge and targeted bonus).
