We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies in partnership with clients and our Paid Social Director.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop account strategy in partnership with client and Paid Social Director, accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs
  • Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
  • Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client
  • Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors
  • Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Ideally have 2-3 years experience in Paid Social
  • Flexible with Senior Account Executives moving up to a Paid Social Manager level
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA)
