Autism Support Specialist

The Role of a Behavioural MentorAs a Behavioural Mentor, you will play a critical role in guiding students who face behavioural and emotional challenges. You will work closely with students in the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and providing one-on-one support as needed. This may involve working during break times and lunch to build strong relationships and offer guidance in a relaxed, supportive environment.
To achieve this goal, you must possess excellent communication skills, a patient and adaptable approach, and a positive, open-minded attitude. You should also be capable of working with students from diverse backgrounds and have a great sense of humour to build trust with students.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £**35,000-£40,000** per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy daily lunch, opportunities for professional development, and the satisfaction of making a real impact in the lives of our students.
