Nursing Home Director Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our nursing home in Liverpool. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
About Our TeamOur nursing home is part of a leading care home group, committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the home towards an Outstanding CQC rating.
Key Duties:- Provide leadership and direction to the team, promoting kindness, compassion, and empathy.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a skilled team of care professionals.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and maintains excellent care standards.
- Manage the home's budget and develop a strategic marketing plan.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Oversee administrative tasks and continuously monitor the home's performance.
- Manage risks effectively and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and experience managing a nursing home.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Proven track record in marketing and business within the private care sector.
- Possession of a strong business acumen and willingness to learn.
