Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Domestic Services Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional cleaning services across Perth & Kinross locality.
• Ensure all areas, including wards, side rooms, theatres, offices, and health centers, meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and maintain a methodical approach to cleaning, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Participate in mandatory training and adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of our patients and services.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as required.
