Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team in Perth & Kinross locality. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver cleaning and support services across various sites and areas.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Respond professionally to unpredictable situations and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Complete domestic-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in mandatory training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform a range of duties safely and competently, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Work in busy clinical and non-clinical environments, including areas with increased heat and secure units.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NHS Scotland's Code of Conduct.
  • Be flexible and willing to work across various sites and areas as required.
