Senior Sales Consultant

Dove & Hawk is a leading developer of premium residential properties, focused on delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations.
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for achieving and exceeding profitable sales targets by excelling in selling skills, demonstrating high levels of essential knowledge, and delivering exceptional service and behavior to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings, including in-person, virtual, and agent-led tours.
- Coordinate viewings for the Overseas office and China Team when required.
- Generate sales leads beyond those created by marketing efforts, through client outreach and agent engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, agents, and solicitors to minimize cancellation rates.
- Progress new reservations to contract exchange by obtaining Anti-Money Laundering documents and maintaining consistent communication with solicitors.
- Optimize a sales database to maximize sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to new inquiries, providing relevant and detailed information.
- Keep overseas teams, agents, and introduces updated on property availability and pricing.
- Develop sales and marketing materials to showcase properties.
