Care Specialist

As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being. Your duties will include providing personal care duties, administering medication, and manual handling using equipment as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. You must also have a full and valid UK driving license, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent English language skills are also essential.
Benefits:
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £23,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 35p mileage allowance, travel time, and the use of a company car. You will also receive full induction training and a 12-week mentor, ongoing training and support, and flexible working arrangements.
