Job Title: English Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining surfaces to agreed standards by adhering to pre-defined maintenance programmes developed in conjunction with Assistant Head of Grounds or any external contractors involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the events team to manage all pitch-related logistics, including line marking, deployment of pitch protection, and scheduling of rehearsals.
  • Collaborate with Pitch Contractors to reinstate pitch as dictated by the event calendar.
  • Support the overall estates management and maintenance where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Complete a DBS check as part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office are required.
  • A flexible approach to working hours is essential.
  • A clean, full driving licence is necessary.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Line management experience or experience in supervising small teams is beneficial.
