Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Birmingham Metro. As a Night Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Night Food and Beverage team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and control the budget for food and beverage costs, ensuring that we are operating within our allocated budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the management team to achieve our goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
