About the Role

As a Night Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets during the night shift. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful as a Night Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
