About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' care needs are met.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services.
