Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Leisure Manager to join our dynamic team in London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, from start to finish. This includes being the primary point of contact for guests, managing front-of-house operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Manage the daily operations of the venue, including supervising staff, maintaining health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with food management policies.
  3. Lead shifts, briefing team members on key tasks and objectives, and promoting a positive work environment.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all F&B offerings, ensuring team members adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
  5. Work closely with the management team to address maintenance issues, resolve conflicts, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or leisure sector.
  • Energetic personality, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to commute to the venue.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £34,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a senior manager position in London.
