The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading climate research projects, providing insightful analysis to clients, and contributing to the growth of our Global Climate Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead climate research projects, including evaluating the macroeconomic impacts of climate policy and regulatory research.
- Provide regular research notes and thematic research papers on the macroeconomics of climate change mitigation.
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of our Global Climate Service.
- Oversee and contribute to climate change related consultancy projects.
- First-rate academic training with a BA/ BSc and a Master's or PhD in economics, environmental science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience focusing on climate economics or research, with a focus on developing macroeconomic ideas and themes.
- Additional experience in macroeconomic consultancy, overseeing projects, and competitive bid writing is ideal.
