Financial Director

RG Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to support the company's growth and development. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Financial Director to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a small finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
- Prepare and present monthly Management Accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals and prepayments
- Support the Financial Director in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist with year-end and audit preparations, including VAT Returns and company accounts
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
- CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification
- At least 2+ years' experience working as a Management Accountant
- Proven experience in managing or supervising a small team
- Strong IT skills, including accounting software and MS Excel
- Experience using bespoke systems will be an advantage
