Building Project Architect

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take a leading role in delivering innovative and sustainable projects across various sectors.
About the RoleThe successful Project Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have creative design flair. You will be motivated and passionate about creating inspiring spaces and leading teams and projects. You will have the drive to progress your career and work on projects through all RIBA stages. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating exceptional designs that meet their expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification.
- ARB registered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD is beneficial.
