Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, heritage, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating exceptional designs that meet their expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Significant post-Part 3 experience, with a strong track record of delivering projects to a high standard.
  • ARB registration, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
