**Job Title:** Aero Data Quality Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Aero Data Quality Specialist to join our team at Andretti Cadillac. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of aero performance data collected from wind tunnel tests, CFD simulations, and on-track telemetry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes to maintain high standards of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with aerodynamicists, engineers, and data scientists to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of data quality processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other members of the Aero Performance group and other engineering groups.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Aerodynamics/Aeronautics or similar).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry.
  • A good understanding of aerodynamics is required, with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of data acquisition methods in an aerodynamic test environment.
  • Good coding skills in a mathematical language (e.g. Python).
