Aston Martin F1 Team is seeking a skilled Model Maker to join our high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and test components for our wind tunnel test program.
- Ensure all aero and race car requirements are met to the highest possible standard.
- Identify potential shortages of parts or concerns of part quality and raise these issues with the Model department leads.
- Proactively participate in meetings as required.
- Develop methods within the department to improve manufacturing times, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven track record within a model manufacturing team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
