About the RoleOur Farthing Avenue service is a unique bungalow with 4 bedrooms, where tenants share a communal lounge and kitchen. You'll provide 1:1 support for 4 tenants, each with their own individual care package and support plan.
Key Responsibilities- Promote personalised choice and options regarding independent living, promoting wellbeing and independence.
- Work closely with families and significant others within the person's care circle.
- Promote equality, diversity, and follow professional boundaries.
- Provide exceptional support and care to our tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their lives are enriched.
