Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people who may be vulnerable.
**Job Overview**
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide flexible, individual residential care packages that cater to the unique needs of each child. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain positive relationships with the young people in your care, promoting their overall well-being and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Promote the safety, welfare, and protection of our young people
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with the children and young people in our care
• Encourage the growth and development of individual interests and passions
• Participate in activities and events that enhance the lives of our young people
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will possess a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable youth, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with young people who may be vulnerable is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to support your professional development and help you achieve a Childcare Diploma Level 3 or Apprenticeship Level 4.
