Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with schools, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business from schools
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Attend client meetings, school visits, and recruitment events to build relationships and promote our services
- Search for and shortlist candidates through various channels, including advertising, CV searching, and referrals
- Interview and assess candidates to build a pipeline of suitable educators
- Support schools with temporary and permanent placements, as well as emergency cover
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and candidate clearance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- A competitive salary with uncapped commission potential
- A realistic year one OTE of £38,000, with opportunities to exceed this
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
- 20 Days WFH allowance per annum (upon passing probation)
