Compass Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our esteemed care home in Derbyshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve quality of care

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Care Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
