Office Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Receptionist to join our Central Office team at Dalata Hotel Group plc. As the first point of contact for all stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Senior Executives and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and ensuring calls are transferred or messages taken.
  • Meet and greet office visitors and suppliers.
  • Dealing with and organizing deliveries and couriers.
  • Complaint handling and customer care.
  • Assisting Group Facilities dept with admin support.
  • Supporting Group General Managers of Clayton and Maldron Hotels in Ireland, UK and Europe.
  • Managing info@dalata/clayton/maldrone email inboxes.
  • Monitoring and maintaining presentation of the office to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and monitor office operations in Office Managers absence.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in an administrative or reception position in a corporate office or a hotel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong experience in customer service and guest relations.
  • Flexibility and can-do attitude.
