Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to manage a portfolio of contracts for NHSE provider contracts for All Ages Continuing Care, including monitoring and performance management in accordance with contractual or locally agreed timetables.

Main Duties

The post holder will report to the Contract Manager in a supporting role, monitoring, reporting, and managing key national and local quality and access targets.

This will include building effective relationships with professionals, stakeholders, service users, relatives, assessors, placement officers, local authority representatives, and providers.
