Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Scheduling & Installation Administrator to join our team at Inplace Personnel Services Ltd. This role involves coordinating installations, managing relationships with customers and installation partners, and ensuring seamless execution of our services. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include arranging installations, planning and executing installations, handling customer inquiries, tracking and dispatching products, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the customer journey. Your goal will be to maximise the number of installations while exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of organisational systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. You should also be able to communicate effectively via phone and email, have strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training to learn about our products and services, allowing you to provide expert support to our customers.

Salary and Benefits
