We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker Compactor Operator to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality groundworks projects on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in groundworks experience, including operating compactors and rollers. You should also hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Card and possess full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots). In addition, previous onsite experience is essential for this position.

As an experienced roller driver, you will be responsible for operating the roller to ensure effective compaction and surface preparation in groundworks operations. You will also contribute to new build groundworks experiences and assist the team as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate compactors and rollers for effective compaction and surface preparation.
• Assist the team with various tasks and responsibilities.
• Contribute to new build groundworks experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS Card.
• Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots).
• Previous onsite experience.
• Groundworks experience.

Benefits and Salary Information

The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. Comprehensive training and support will also be provided to ensure our team members excel in their roles.
