At Select Appointments, we're looking for a skilled Experienced Groundworker Roller Drivers to join our dynamic team on exciting new build projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in groundworks operations and contribute to the success of our projects.

We're seeking candidates with a strong background in groundworks experience and CPCS or NPORS Card. As an experienced roller driver, you'll operate the roller for effective compaction and surface preparation, ensuring high-quality results on every project. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in assisting with various tasks and supporting our team as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, we require full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots) and previous onsite experience. If you have what it takes to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, please don't hesitate to apply.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate the roller to ensure effective compaction and surface preparation in groundworks operations.
• Contribute to new build groundworks experiences and assist the team as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS Card.
• Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots).
• Previous onsite experience.
• Groundworks experience.
