About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our Global HR function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and providing exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide accurate and timely administration support to the HR Team, ensuring all Global HR activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the new starter process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including liaison with hiring managers and colleagues in Facilities and IT.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data, new starters, leavers, absences, and user profiles.
  • Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, responding to and forwarding to the HR Team as required, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Ad-hoc Activities: Provide administrative support for cyclical and ad-hoc activities, including performance appraisals, compensation review cycles, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence and support with creating offer letters and contracts when required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a HR administrator role, ideally in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and highly motivated approach.
  • Education: HR-related qualification or CIPD qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software, with experience in electronic filing and archiving systems.
