About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Your Sport Solutions. As an Assistant Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Group Coaching Sessions: Design and lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
  • Execute Coaching and SOPs: Consistently deliver coaching and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to a high standard, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Attend Team Development Meetings: Participate in weekly team development meetings to stay updated on company initiatives, share knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Monitor Client Feedback: Be aware of emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report them to the management team.
  • Document Client Results: Accurately record and track client progress, providing valuable insights for future coaching and business development.
  • Maintain Facility Standards: Ensure the facility is always clean and well-maintained, creating a positive and safe environment for clients.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally, providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Conversion and Sales: Execute all conversion and sales SOPs accurately and in a timely fashion, driving business growth and revenue.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer or above.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working within a group training environment.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strength and Conditioning: Excellent understanding of strength and conditioning principles, with the ability to design effective training programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
