Are you a Group Exercise Instructor looking to progress and share your expertise?

Blaze has arrived at David Lloyd Clubs, offering a boutique studio experience. We're seeking an outstanding Blaze Studio Supervisor to drive the overall studio experience and potentially become a Blaze Master Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with departments to manage the Blaze timetable according to Programming Excellence principles
  • Club communication and new member inductions
  • Manage the MYZONE community, system, and club reports
  • Organize social and Blaze community events, including one per month
  • Deliver products through weekly assessments and coaching sessions
  • Develop and coach the Instructor team
  • Maintenance and PMP management
  • Cleaning and operational standards
  • Weekly brand compliance checks
  • Blaze marketing and social media management
  • Employee engagement and HR for group training instructors
  • Weekly payroll, H&S checks, and revenue reviews

Requirements:
- Bags of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to develop yourself and others
- A recognized fitness qualification
- Ability to motivate and educate all levels, ages, and abilities
- Effective technique in various movements
- Ability to multitask and manage a large group
- Solutions-driven individual who can think on their feet
- 1+ year of teaching group fitness experiences
- World-class customer service skills
