About the Role

As a Pharmacy Store Manager at Boots, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Leading the sales and performance of your store, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers.
  • Ensuring the pharmacy is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Building the capability of store teams through coaching and development.
  • Conducting regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services to customers.

What You'll Need to Have

To be successful in this role, you will have a professional and caring character, with a strong desire to help us change for the better. You will also need:

  • The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
  • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
