Pharmacy Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales and performance of your store, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

• Lead the sales and performance of your store, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
• Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build the capability of store teams through coaching, development, and training.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
• Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication management.

• The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store initiatives to drive strong performance results.
• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
