Pharmacy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and performance, while ensuring exceptional customer and patient care.

• Lead the sales and performance of your store, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Build the capability of store teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
• Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication management.

• A professional, caring character with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer and patient care.
• The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
