Lawn and Garden Care Specialist

Company Overview:
GPW Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Groundsperson to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing professional maintenance duties on an 18-acre private property.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of equipment, including tractors, power mowers, strimmers and chainsaws. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining lawns, fields, grounds and woodlands to a high standard.
- Working with a small number of hobby farm animals and pets.
- Driving out of normal hours for extra income.
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualifications or 2 years' work experience in a similar position.
- Proficient knowledge of maintaining lawns, fields, grounds and woodlands.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £25.00/hour PAYE.
- Estimated salary: £52,000 - £65,000 per annum based on full-time hours.
- 20 days annual leave plus 8/9 Statutory Bank Holidays.
