About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Summerfield Court in Bramley, Leeds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
