About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Agency. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Administer medication in accordance with client needs and medication administration policies
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients as required
  • Assist with light domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Have good listening and communication skills
  • Be empathetic and understanding of clients' needs and situations
  • Be committed to working as part of a team
  • Be physically fit and in good health
  • Be willing to undergo mandatory training and updates as required
