The MM Flowers team is seeking a skilled Technical Auditor to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of products and services in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation and management of our Quality Management System (QMS) and internal audit program.

• Ensure that our QMS reflects the most up-to-date customer standards.

• Coordinate non-conformances, preventative, and corrective actions plans.

• Manage Pest Control contractors.

• Support Technical and Operational teams.

• Ensure audit preparation is well prepared and that our APS and secondary sites meet audit standards, such as TOPS green or blue, OHSAS, etc.

• Departmental communication and actions are aligned.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date analytical reports.

• Confident and concise communication of key data/analysis.

• Maintain the Quality Management System and control of documents.

• Perform internal audits against the audit schedule (standards audits, GMP, jewelry audits, glass and hard plastics, and other appropriate audits).

• Prepare audit and water sampling schedules based on current risk assessments and action any investigations.

• Record of non-conformances, investigation, analysis, and implementation of corrective action(s) as applicable.

• Promote a high standard of awareness and understanding at site level of all appropriate policies, procedures, and product specifications as required by our quality standards for all external customers and internal teams.

• Positively promote a culture of hygiene and housekeeping.

• Positively promote and play part in H&S improvement.

• HACCP awareness and management of Allergen Risk Assessments.

• Wider responsibilities - Peak support in roles outside of core duties will be required.

Requirements:

• Good level of higher learning and/or equivalent work experience.

• HACCP Level 3 (desirable).

• Full driving license (non-essential).

• High level of IT literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong administrative, numerical, literacy, and oral communication skills.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Enthusiasm and passion for dealing with colleagues.

• Strong desire to put customer needs at the heart of the business.

• Resilience - the cut flower business is very demanding particularly during the annual 'peaks' e.g. Valentine's Day, etc.

• High attention to detail.

• Good understanding and interpersonal skills.
