Automotive Centre Manager

We're seeking a skilled leader to join our team at Peterborough Bourges. This exciting opportunity will see you lead a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of achieving success with teams, delivering excellence in quality standards and results. You'll also need to be able to lead your team to deliver against - and exceed - sales margin and profit targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a team of around 11, with skilled technicians and customer service advisors.
  2. Delivering coaching and training to colleagues in the moment.
  3. Managing capability and performance, including developing colleagues through technical training.
  4. Meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Experience of labour force scheduling and time management.
  7. IT proficiency, with experience of using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. A current full valid driving licence.
