A typical day in the life of a Fitness Professional:
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans.
- Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- REPs Level 2 qualification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Educated to HND level in Health and Fitness.
- Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualified.
